8 Oct 2018 Personally the game is 50% less desirable without mods, and to me Install Steam I can use the steam workshop mods for a non steam copy of stellaris, I tried adding the game to to steam as a non steam game and then subscribing for the mods but it doesn't download anything to the workshop directory.
